OCRunner – A Stand-alone Test Runner for Objective-C

Description: OCRuner is a stand-alone test runner much like you’d find in the Java world.  This is a work-in-progess but has all of the basic functionality needed to allow you to run your Objective-C unit tests and get direct visual results of the pass/fail status of all your tests.

As mentioned the code is under active development so new features will probably be added over time so its well worth watching.
